Short Bio – Katrin Schiffer Katrin Schiffer (she/her) is a leading expert in drug policy, harm reduction, public health, and social inclusion. Since 1995, she has designed, coordinated, and implemented national and international projects to support people who use drugs, sex workers, and other communities disproportionately affected by stigma and discrimination. Katrin holds a degree in Social Work and a Master of Public Health (MPH). She currently serves as International Programme Director at Stichting De Regenboog Groep and as Director of the Correlation – European Harm Reduction Network (C-EHRN). In these roles, she oversees European projects, guiding C-EHRN’s activities, objectives, and outcomes.
