Kristina Nikolajew is the co-founder and managing partner of NEER Berlin, a collective dedicated to shaping contemporary club and music culture. She leads booking, artist and venue coordination and the development of NEER’s identity, including espacially selection standards and awareness practices. With a background in project management, fundraising, and cultural event production, Kristina creates inclusive, future-driven experiences and strengthens creative networks across Berlin’s nightlife.
