Lea Luce is a board member of mit freude eG, a Berlin-based cultural cooperative pioneering new pathways between urban development, club culture and the common good. Before joining mit freude eG, Lea shaped Berlin’s creative economy for many years as Managing Director of Modulor, developing the company into a cornerstone of the city’s design, architecture, and creative ecosystem. Lea now also leads Materia Modularis Sp. z o.o. and founded Sminx, a sustainable design label collaborating with non-profit workshops in Berlin. She combines entrepreneurial expertise with cultural vision to advance collective ownership and sustainable city-making.
