Ayla has been active in Amsterdam’s nightlife scene for over two decades, both as a visitor and through her work in prevention. As project coordinator of Unity and prevention expert at Jellinek, she focuses on promoting safer and more conscious nightlife experiences. Ayla offers guidance and support to people who want to reflect on their substance use and contributes to harm reduction initiatives by educating club and festival visitors as well as advising nightlife professionals. With her experience at the Nightlife Care Network, she bridges nightlife culture and care, fostering open conversations about wellbeing and substance use in the scene.
