About
Hadnet Tesfai is a well-known media personality in Germany with over 20 years of experience as a radio and television presenter. She started out on public radio and later presented on MTV, ProSieben, ARTE, ARD, ZDF and 3sat, mainly on music, culture and social issues. She also lives out her passion for music as a DJ and regularly performs at major events such as the Berlinale, the GQ Men of the Year Awards and the Invictus Games. In addition to her presenting work, she is also an actress, appearing in the ZDF crime drama ‘Nachtschicht – Reise in den Tod’ (2010) and the feature film ‘Elaha’ (2021), among others. She appeared in front of the camera in 2025 for the cinema co-production ‘Drei Kameradinnen’ (Three Comrades). Hadnet Tesfai stands for versatility, cultural relevance and modern media literacy.
