Robert Eysoldt is a Creative Strategist, Age Diversity Activist and the founder of Age Bombs. For more than three decades, he’s been working at the intersection of communication, creativity and transformation, guiding organizations, teams, and individuals through change. With Age Bombs, he challenges the stories we tell about age. His work exposes how deeply our ideas about aging are shaped by bias — in the workplace, in everyday life and across cultural spaces like the music industry and club environments — and turns age diversity into a creative engine for communication, design, culture, and leadership. Robert sees demographic change as a strategic design challenge. And as a chance to shape a future where different life stages can actually meet, create, thrive and dance together.
