Emiko Gejic is a creative, cultural producer, and activist from Berlin, committed to amplifying the city’s diverse cultural landscapes. She is the founder of Berlinsidestories, managing director of Urbane Praxis and executive board member and official spokesperson of the Berlin Clubcommission, where she advocates for the protection and recognition of Berlin’s nightlife, subcultures, and club culture through advocacy, communication, and strategies. With a background in cultural studies, sociology, and urban studies, Emiko works at the intersection of art, activism, and urban research. Her practice includes curating events, public speaking, and consulting on cultural policy and creative industries. Emiko’s work centers on grassroots movements and inclusive narratives to shape more equitable and sustainable urban futures.
