About
Daniel Schneider is a cultural scientist and librarian. He has been working at the Berlin Archiv der Jugendkulturen (Archive of Youth Cultures) since 2010, where he heads the archive and library department. He is also involved in networks of independent cultural and political archives in Germany. Together with illustrator and comic artist Tine Fetz, he has been publishing the Places Berlin calendar since 2019, and has co-authered the book Places - Sites of Berlin’s club and subculture past (Ventil Verlag 2022, new edition 2025) with her.
