Born in 1949 in South Africa. Studied psychology and anthropology at Wits University, Johannesburg. Learned hatha yoga, meditation, vedanta and tantra in India and England. Body-psychotherapy training with Gerda Boyesen and others in London and Berlin. Worked as a group leader and individual body-psychotherapist in Esalen Institute, California and Der Johanneshof (Dürckheim) in the Black Forest. Initiated as a Sangoma (traditional healer) in South Africa. DJ, trance and techno yoga workshops at congresses, parties and festivals. Special field of interest is the connection between healing, therapy, shamanism (particularly trance states both with and without substances) as well as research into consciousness, spirituality and creativity.
