Helena Valente is a specialist in harm reduction and drug checking, as well as a researcher and evaluator in the fields of public health, community intervention and social inclusion. She is a board member of Kosmicare, where she oversees project evaluation and develops monitoring and impact assessment tools. She holds a PhD in Psychology and a postgraduate qualification in Human Rights, integrating scientific research with field-based practice.
