Emídio Meireles is a communications and social innovation manager at the Human Power Hub in Braga, working across civic participation, public policy and impact-driven entrepreneurship. He is one of the drivers of BADlab – Braga After Dark Lab – developing the city’s Integrated Action Plan within the URBACT Cities After Dark network, focusing on the night-time economy as a space of cultural vitality, inclusion and health. Beyond policy work, he is also an active DJ and organiser of nightlife events.
