Luanny Tiago da Conceição is a cultural manager and has been co-chair and chief operating officer (COO) of the Berlin Music Commission since 2023. In this role, she is responsible for the operational business and strategic development of the industry network, with a particular focus on internationalization, diversity, and sustainable structural support. Previously, she worked for Piranha Records & Publishing, among others, and gained extensive experience in the cultural and event sector – including at altonale, the intercultural festival eigenarten, the district music festival 48h Wilhelmsburg, the Intercultural Forum Hamburg, and various independent projects. Luanny is a member of the advisory board of Musicboard Berlin, the advisory board for instrumental amateur music of the Berlin State Music Council, the music section of the Berlin Cultural Conference's working group on cultural promotion law, and the committee and strategy working group of Music Women Germany*. Her work is characterized by a strong understanding of networking, intercultural competence, and a clear commitment to inclusive structures. She is committed to an open, networked, and sustainable music industry—in Berlin and beyond.
